PreScreen offers 2 types of Job Performance Reports.

The Job Performance Rating is an overall “Probability of Success” rating that is derived from
both the character of the individual . . . as well as an assessment of how naturally suitable the
job candidate is for the target position. The technology is applicable to any job or position,
provided that a Custom Target Profile™ has been developed for the target position.

3 Core Ratings combine to form the
Job Performance Rating:

CHARACTER RISK – rates the character of a candidate on a scale of 1 to 99 . . . with the
highest rating having the lowest hiring risk.

NATURAL SUITABILITY™ – rates the candidate’s personality traits and aptitude strengths,
including their Work Skills, Motivation, Intelligence, Self-Confidence, Tenacity, and many other
factors. These individual ratings are compared with the Custom Target Profile for the target
position. The more closely these individual ratings match the Custom Target Profile, the
higher the candidate’s Natural Suitability rating. The rating ranges from 1 to 7 Stars (with 7+
being the best). Hundreds of employer-sponsored validation studies, in a wide range of jobs
and positions, have demonstrated that the Natural Suitability rating strongly correlates with
top performance in the target position.

QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE – rates how well the candidate’s work history and education
match the job specs of the target position. Experience is an important factor in job success.
Typically, the employer is in the best position to make this decision. In developing our overall
Probability of Success rating, we presume that the candidate's background is a Good Match for the position. If the candidate's background is not a Good Match, then the Job Performance
Rating should be considered as a Job Trainee Rating -- a Probability of Success rating based
on the candidate being hired as a Trainee in the target position.

Job Performance Rating ™

The Full Job Performance Report shows the individual assessment ratings (red circles)
for the 6 personality traits and the 7 aptitude strengths of the Custom Target Profile.
This in-depth Job Performance Report also shows how well the individual ratings match
the Custom Target Profile (colored target zones) for the target position. The colored target
zones are different for every job or position. In essence, the Custom Target Profile is a custom
hiring template that separates the top performers from the medium and bottom performers.

For the Personality Traits section of the Custom Target Profile, PreScreen uses
a greatly expanded and proprietary version of Jungian Typology.

Jungian Typology is more commonly known as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Our proprietary version corrects the misinterpretations and mislabeling of Carl Jung’s
original 4 basic typology categories by MBTI and the Keirsey Temperament Sorter. In
addition, our proprietary model expands Jung’s model to 6 categories.

Our expanded version also uses 7 gradational choices instead of the 2 polar-opposites
of MBTI. The resulting 117,649 permutations and personality types produce a far more
exacting tool for personnel selection as compared to MBTI’s rudimentary “16 types”.

How we develop a Custom Target Profile.
For major jobs and positions, with lots of workers, we develop Custom Target Profiles
by comparing the assessments of 5-10 top performers with those of 5-10 medium and
5-10 bottom performers that are currently working in the target position. For positions
with few workers or one-off positions, such as CFO, we use our database of successful Target
Profiles as a reference and guide in developing the Custom Target Profile.

Our Technology allows you to clone your most desirable top performers and
avoid the rest.
Once the Custom Target Profile is defined, all future job candidates
for the target position can be assessed and rated by how well their personality traits
and aptitude strengths match the Target Profile.
